A tractor-trailer crash on the 401 last night has led to charges.
Chatham-Kent OPP say a big rig left the westbound lanes of Highway 401 near Victoria Road about 10 p.m., coming to rest on its side in the ditch.
The driver faces a charge of fail to drive in the marked lane. He also suffered minor injuries in the accident, which closed the westbound lanes for about three hours last night.
