Blenheim pizza place robbed

Police are on the hunt for a robber after someone held up a Blenheim pizza joint.

About 11 p.m. last night, a lone suspect entered Godfather’s Pizza on Marlborough Street and handed the clerk a note, demanding money.

The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount, and the suspect fled.

Police say no weapon was used in the robbery and no one was injured.

The suspect is described as having a slender build and is about 5’ 7” in height, and was last seen wearing camouflage pants, coat and a green ski mask.
